If you're a Facebook friend of mine, you've probably seen my one and only post since new year about running out of study snacks. Yes, I love snacking while studying.
And another fun fact is I get hungry every 3 hours or so. So when it's in the afternoon and I'm studying, I snack. When it's around 9 or 10 at night and I'm studying, I snack. The same goes for passing midnight if I'm actually staying up that late to study. I actually don't really care about snacking too often because I feel like it's better to eat a little bit and instead of feeling hungry and distracting myself from studying. Or maybe I'm just being a fatty and not caring about my health? I don't know.
I actually don't know what's the best way to eat healthy. However, the way I think of it is, if I'm happy the way I eat without gaining weight, then it's okay, right? I enjoy eating salty things and drinking tea to ... mainly stay awake. But I would like to know what kind of study snacks you like to eat. Do you prefer salty snacks like Chex Mix or do you eat fruits to snack while stay health? What are some of your suggestions on picking study snacks?
